Bill has been married to his wife Caroline for thirty years and they have two adult children Jennifer and Bill. As a teacher and counselor, he has spent over thirty years working with families. 

He is currently in private practice in Melbourne Florida. Bill has the lead facilitator for the J. Kyle Braid Leadership Foundation since 1997. The foundation is dedicated to helping “teens take the lead” by working with teens who are the leaders in their schools and communities.
 

A recent graduate of the University of North Florida with a B.S. degree in Psychology. Bill lives in Columbia Falls, Montana.

Aside from helping his dad develop the “Journey to Manhood” program, he is currently working with adolescents at a short term intervention facility
